  • What forms of payment are accepted at the hotel? What kind of cards are accepted?
    You can make the payment in cash, by card or by bank transfer. For payment by card, we accept Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000, Maestro and AMEX.
  • What languages ​​does the Hotel Ángela team speak?
    Hotel Ángela staff can speak Spanish, English and French.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times at Hotel Ángela?
    Check in is from 14.00 (2:00 p.m.) onwards.
    Check-out is before 12:00h (12pm).

    We also offer late check-out between 15.00h (3:00 p.m.) and 18.00h (6:00 p.m.), subject to availability and at an extra cost.

  • Is there left luggage service at Hotel Ángela?
    Yes, it is free and available 24 hours, exclusively for our guests.
  • Are there vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options at Hotel Ángela?
    Yes. Check with our team upon arrival at the hotel to ensure your dietary and allergen needs are met.
  • Are children and babies allowed at Hotel Ángela? Are there activities and facilities for children?
    Yes, children and babies are allowed, but Hotel Angela is dedicated and specialised in adult guests. We do not have special packs, facilities or activities for them. From the age of 3, children pay full adult rates.
  • Are pets allowed at Hotel Angela?
    Hotel Ángela does not allow pets.
  • Is there a laundry and ironing service at Hotel Angela?
    Yes, but it is not included in the price of your booking. Check prices with our team.
  • Can you smoke at Hotel Angela?
    Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces like room balconies and the communal terrace.
  • Can I change the dates of my booking?
    Yes, as long as the booking has been made with a flexible rate and the change is made within the change period, which varies between 2 and 7 days before your stay, depending on the season.

  • Can I cancel my booking? Are there any conditions? Is there a cancellation fee?
    Bookings made through the flexible rate can be cancelled. In cases of non-refundable rates, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. This means the full amount will be charged, even if the guest does not check-in.

    If you book using the flexible rate, you can cancel your booking at no cost under the following conditions:
    - For stays from November 1 to April 30, you can cancel for free up to 2 days before arrival.
    - For stays from May 1 to October 31, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival.
    
After the above deadlines, one night's stay will be charged for the cancellation of your booking.

    In case of not having cancelled the booking and not checking in for the dates of your stay, the value of one night's stay will also be charged.

    These conditions only apply to bookings made on the official Hotel Ángela website. Bookings made through external agencies and online platforms might be subject to other cancellation conditions and fees.
  • Can provisional bookings be made?
    Provisional bookings are not possible. In order to confirm a booking, we need the client's personal data and a card to guarantee the booking and apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
  • Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
    The Hotel Ángela has semi-adapted rooms for people in wheelchairs and with reduced mobility, with handles in the bathroom.
  • Does the use of the Wellness Center cost extra?
    Both access to the Wellness Center and the indoor pool are free. The use of the sauna and the Turkish bath, as well as the enjoyment of treatments and massages, involve an extra cost.
  • Do you offer airport transfers?
    Yes, our Hotel offers an airport transfer service in partnership with the company Transfers and Experiences.
